Do you arrange freight forwarding too?

ServicesCargo Bridge provides import consulting, production and import planning, shipment-risk reviews, freight and delivery planning, supplier coordination, and supply-chain support.The exact services included in your project are determined by the service description, proposal, quotation, invoice, email confirmation, or written agreement provided by Cargo Bridge.A free discovery call or inquiry does not create a consulting or service relationship. A paid service relationship begins only after Cargo Bridge accepts the project and any required payment is received.Services outside the agreed scope require approval and may be quoted separately.2. Service LimitationsA consultation or import review does not include freight booking, customs-entry filing, supplier management, warehousing, trucking, customs-clearance coordination, or ongoing project management unless those services are expressly included in writing.Custom and full-service projects will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement.3. Pricing and PaymentPayment is due before a consultation or project begins unless Cargo Bridge agrees otherwise in writing.Cargo Bridge’s consulting fees do not include freight charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, examinations, testing, inspections, permits, registrations, storage, demurrage, detention, insurance, warehousing, delivery, or other third-party costs unless expressly stated.You are responsible for all approved charges related to your project.Cargo Bridge does not offer automatically renewing subscriptions unless separately disclosed and agreed to in writing.4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and RefundsPaid consultations may be rescheduled one time without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.Refund eligibility depends on whether Cargo Bridge has begun substantive work on the purchased service. Project work may begin before a scheduled consultation and may include reviewing documents, researching import requirements, evaluating product or shipment information, preparing recommendations, communicating with service providers, planning freight or customs requirements, or performing another agreed service.If Cargo Bridge has not yet begun substantive work, the client may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.Once substantive work has begun, fees are nonrefundable to the extent services have already been performed or approved costs have been incurred.Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may be treated as a missed appointment. Missed appointments are generally nonrefundable, although Cargo Bridge may allow rescheduling at its discretion.If Cargo Bridge must cancel or reschedule a consultation or engagement, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for any portion of the service that has not yet been performed.Freight charges, duties, customs-entry fees, examinations, storage, delivery charges, supplier costs, and other third-party expenses are separate from Cargo Bridge consulting fees and may be subject to the cancellation or refund policies of the applicable third-party provider.Additional rules regarding cancellations, project changes, completed work, and third-party expenses are provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.If there is any conflict between this Section and a project-specific written proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement, the project-specific written terms will control for that engagement.5. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information regarding your products, suppliers, documents, shipment, intended use, deadlines, and business.You are responsible for:— Making final business and shipping decisions
— Providing accurate descriptions, values, quantities, and countries of origin
— Disclosing production, shipping, filing, delivery, and launch deadlines
— Obtaining required testing, registrations, licenses, permits, and approvals
— Ensuring your products may be lawfully manufactured, imported, marketed, and sold
— Reviewing recommendations and documents provided to you
— Paying freight, duties, taxes, customs charges, and third-party expenses
— Notifying Cargo Bridge when project information changesCargo Bridge may rely on the information you provide and is not responsible for problems caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or withheld information.If you engage Cargo Bridge for a company or organization, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act on its behalf.6. DeadlinesYou must clearly notify Cargo Bridge of any production, booking, filing, customs, delivery, launch, or retail deadline.Sending an inquiry, email, payment, or document does not mean Cargo Bridge has accepted responsibility for a deadline.Cargo Bridge is not responsible for a missed deadline unless we expressly accepted that deadline in writing as part of the agreed service.7. Customs and Compliance LimitationsCargo Bridge provides general import planning, logistics, education, and coordination support.Unless services are expressly provided through a properly licensed customs broker, Cargo Bridge does not act as your customs broker, file customs entries, determine final tariff classifications, or provide binding decisions regarding duties, admissibility, customs value, or country of origin.Customs and compliance information provided by Cargo Bridge is preliminary and may require confirmation by the importer of record, a licensed customs broker, attorney, testing laboratory, government agency, or another qualified professional.Cargo Bridge does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice.You remain responsible for your products, customs declarations, government filings, business decisions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.8. No Guarantee of ResultsCargo Bridge does not guarantee:— Customs clearance or release
— Government approval or product admissibility
— A particular tariff classification or duty rate
— Supplier performance or product quality
— Freight availability or pricing
— Vessel, flight, port, or delivery schedules
— The absence of examinations, holds, penalties, storage, demurrage, or detention
— Any particular sales, commercial, or financial resultRecommendations are based on the information available when the service is performed. Laws, regulations, government decisions, carrier conditions, rates, and availability may change.9. Third-Party ProvidersCargo Bridge may introduce, recommend, communicate with, or coordinate independent manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, laboratories, warehouses, truckers, insurers, and other providers.Unless expressly stated otherwise, these providers are independent third parties and are not employees or agents of Cargo Bridge.Their services may be governed by separate quotations, contracts, tariffs, and terms.Cargo Bridge is not responsible for an independent third party’s acts, omissions, delays, pricing, availability, performance, insolvency, or misconduct.10. Project Materials and ConfidentialityYou retain ownership of documents, designs, product information, and other materials you provide.You authorize Cargo Bridge to review, copy, store, and share those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform the requested services.Cargo Bridge will use reasonable care to protect nonpublic project information. Necessary information may be shared with contractors, advisers, suppliers, and service providers involved in your project.You confirm that you have the right to provide all materials submitted to Cargo Bridge.11. Deliverables and Intellectual PropertyAfter full payment, you may use project-specific plans, checklists, recommendations, and deliverables for your internal business purposes.Cargo Bridge retains ownership of its general methods, systems, processes, templates, forms, training materials, website content, trademarks, and pre-existing intellectual property.Cargo Bridge materials may not be sold, published, licensed, distributed, or used to provide competing consulting services without written permission.12. Client IndemnificationTo the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse Cargo Bridge for third-party claims, penalties, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from:— Your products, instructions, or business activities

— Your violation of laws or regulations
— Product defects, safety issues, labeling violations, or missing approvals
— Materials or products that violate another party’s intellectual-property rightsThis obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Cargo Bridge’s fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of law.15. Events Outside Our ControlCargo Bridge is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including supplier or carrier delays, port congestion, customs action, examinations, labor disputes, weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, sanctions, cyberattacks, system failures, transportation disruptions, shortages, epidemics, or public emergencies.We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and identify available next steps.16. Ending a ServiceEither party may end a project by written notice.You remain responsible for services already performed and approved costs incurred before termination.Cargo Bridge may decline, suspend, or terminate a project when required information or payment is not provided, a transaction appears unlawful or misleading, the project creates unreasonable risk, or the client engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct.Any refund for unperformed work will be based on the agreed scope, work completed, and costs already incurred.17. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or our services must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.18. General TermsCargo Bridge may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.Changes will not retroactively change the agreed price or scope of an existing paid project unless both parties agree in writing.If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable service description, and any accepted proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement form the entire agreement for the applicable service.If a written project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written project agreement controls for that project.19. This policy explains when consulting fees may be refunded or transferred, how cancellations are handled, and which third-party costs may be nonrefundable.By purchasing a Cargo Bridge service, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Terms & Conditions.1. Import Readiness Review — $395The Import Readiness Review is a professional review and consultation service based on the information and documents you provide.Before Work BeginsYou may cancel for a full refund if Cargo Bridge has not yet begun substantive work on your project.Substantive work may include reviewing documents, researching import requirements, reviewing product or shipment information, estimating duties or costs, evaluating shipping options, or preparing recommendations for your consultation.After Work BeginsOnce substantive review or preparation has begun, fees attributable to work already performed are nonrefundable.If the review has been substantially completed, the $395 service fee is nonrefundable even if you later decide not to proceed with your shipment.Rescheduling Your ConsultationYou may reschedule your consultation one time without charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice.Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be treated as a missed appointment.Missed appointments are nonrefundable. Cargo Bridge may, at its discretion, allow a new appointment to be scheduled.The Import Readiness Review is a review and consultation service and does not include shipment management. If you need additional assistance afterward, freight booking, customs clearance, delivery, and other logistics support may be quoted separately as needed.2. Import Plan & Supply Chain Onboarding — $850The Import Plan & Supply Chain Onboarding service includes planning, preparation, onboarding into Cargo Bridge's import network, and shipment coordination as described on the service page.Before Work BeginsYou may cancel for a full refund if Cargo Bridge has not yet begun substantive work or onboarding.After Work BeginsOnce Cargo Bridge begins project work, including document review, import planning, compliance research, supplier preparation, onboarding, freight planning, freight booking, bill of lading work, ISF-related work, customs coordination, or delivery coordination, work already completed is nonrefundable.If you cancel before the project is completed, Cargo Bridge will review the work completed and costs incurred. Any eligible partial refund will be based on the portion of the consulting service that has not yet been performed.Third-party charges already incurred or committed are subject to the separate provisions below.The $850 fee covers Cargo Bridge's planning, onboarding, and coordination services. Freight charges, duties, customs-entry fees, examinations, storage, delivery charges, and other third-party expenses are separate.3. Factory & Supply Chain Management — Starting at $1,500Factory & Supply Chain Management projects are reviewed for fit before onboarding because product requirements, factory capabilities, production complexity, and project scope vary.Where possible, Cargo Bridge will confirm that a project is a suitable fit before collecting the engagement fee.Before Work BeginsIf Cargo Bridge accepts your project and payment is made, you may receive a full refund if the engagement is canceled before substantive work begins and before Cargo Bridge makes any third-party commitments on your behalf.If Cargo Bridge determines before substantive work begins that it cannot reasonably support the project, amounts paid toward the Cargo Bridge engagement fee will be refunded.After Work BeginsOnce sourcing, supplier outreach, factory evaluation, sampling, production planning, factory communication, project management, import preparation, logistics coordination, or other substantive project work begins, fees attributable to completed work are nonrefundable.Because these projects vary in scope, additional refund, cancellation, milestone-payment, or deposit terms may be included in your proposal, quotation, invoice, or written project agreement. Those project-specific terms will control if they differ from this general policy.Factory & Supply Chain Management engagements start at $1,500. Freight, Customs, Delivery, and Other Third-Party ChargesConsulting fees paid to Cargo Bridge are separate from third-party expenses.Third-party charges may include freight, carrier charges, customs-broker fees, duties, taxes, ISF or filing-related fees, examinations, inspections, testing, warehousing, storage, demurrage, detention, trucking, delivery, samples, tooling, manufacturing costs, supplier charges, and similar expenses.Once a booking, order, filing, reservation, or other third-party commitment has been made, cancellation or refund eligibility is subject to the terms of the applicable carrier, broker, warehouse, factory, supplier, government agency, or other provider.Cargo Bridge cannot guarantee refunds of third-party charges that have already been incurred, committed, or paid on your behalf.If a third party assesses a cancellation fee, change fee, storage charge, or similar expense because a project or shipment is canceled or changed, the client remains responsible for that charge.5. Client-Requested Project ChangesChanges to the product, supplier, quantities, manufacturing country, shipping route, delivery location, timeline, compliance requirements, or project scope may require additional work.Minor adjustments may be handled within the existing engagement when reasonable.Material changes that substantially expand the agreed scope may require an additional fee or a revised quotation. Cargo Bridge will communicate any additional professional fees before performing materially expanded work.6. Client DelaysOur ability to complete a service may depend on timely documents, information, approvals, and responses from the client, supplier, factory, broker, carrier, or other parties.Delays caused by missing information or third parties do not automatically make completed Cargo Bridge work refundable.If a project becomes inactive for an extended period, Cargo Bridge may pause the engagement until the information required to continue is received.7. Free Discovery CallsThere is no charge for the 15-minute discovery call.If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule whenever possible so the appointment can be made available to someone else.8. Approved RefundsApproved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.After Cargo Bridge initiates a card refund through Stripe, Stripe states that customers typically see the credit approximately 5–10 business days later, depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.Processing times are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution and may therefore fall outside Cargo Bridge's control.10. Payment DisputesIf you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern about a service or refund, please contact Cargo Bridge first so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it promptly.Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.11.
